Computer software is permeating modern civilization. Timely delivery of good quality software products within budgets is critical to business competitiveness. The Software Engineering Research Laboratory (SERL) brings together a group of graduate and advanced undergraduate students to learn, practice, and (attempt to) improve the art and science of software engineering. SERL is directed by Dr. Daqing Hou.

Past research projects tend to focus on the correctness, security, usability,  and evolutionary aspects of software design. This website provides information on the publications, research projects and software, and past and current members of the lab.

Current projects: CriticAL (a short paper)
